Nuvo Code is actively developing a suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) products, including "Nuvo Consent." This page serves as a preliminary notice regarding the handling of data for these future services. 2. Account & Authentication Data (Coming Soon)

For our upcoming SaaS products, users will be required to create an account. We will collect information such as names, email addresses, and encrypted passwords. All authentication data will be handled securely using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Our future services may allow users to input, upload, or store data ("User-Generated Content"). We claim no ownership over your User-Generated Content. "Nuvo Consent" is designed to help website owners manage user tracking preferences. If you use this service, we act as a Data Processor on your behalf. You, as the website owner, act as the Data Controller and are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your end-users. Nuvo Code provides the tools to facilitate this compliance but does not assume liability for your specific implementation or legal obligations.
