As a self-hosted solution, listmonk allows us to maintain a higher standard of privacy and data sovereignty.

5. Unsubscribe & Data Deletion

You have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every email we send contains an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Clicking this link will immediately remove you from our active mailing list. Alternatively, you can request manual removal by contacting us. Once unsubscribed, your data is either deleted or kept in a suppression list to prevent accidental re-subscription, in accordance with applicable laws.
