SOFTWARE ENGINEERING PARTNERS · TALLINN, ESTONIA

Software your business can depend on. For years.

We design, build, and maintain the systems companies run on. A small number of clients. Long relationships. Real ownership.

SHEET 01 — ENGINEERING PHILOSOPHY
REV A

The best software is the software you stop thinking about.

GENERAL NOTES
1. Longevity over novelty We choose technology that will still be the right choice in ten years — and we're honest when the fashionable option isn't it.
2. Ownership, not tickets We carry responsibility for outcomes — architecture, uptime, cost, and the roadmap — not for closing story points.
3. Boring, done beautifully Reliability is a design discipline. We sweat the parts nobody sees, because those are the parts everyone depends on.
SHEET 02 — CAPABILITIES, SINGLE BUS
REV A

One team, across the whole system.

We don't sell services from a menu. Each partnership draws on the same senior team, applied wherever your product needs it — one bus, every subsystem.

Backend systems APIs, domain logic, and data models built to outlive their first authors.
AI integrations Applied where it earns its place — with evaluation, cost control, and fallbacks.
SaaS products From first architecture to multi-tenant scale, billing, and operations.
Web platforms Fast, accessible, maintainable — measured in years of low-friction change.
Mobile applications Native-quality products that share one well-designed backend.
Cloud infrastructure Boring, observable, cost-honest infrastructure your team can actually run.
Technical consulting Architecture reviews, due diligence, and honest second opinions.

SHEET 04 — SELECTED WORK, AS BUILT
REV A

Selected from the founder's engineering track record — the same hands now building at Nuvo Code.

FIG. 03 — SEAM BY SEAM

An enterprise SaaS platform, re-architected for its second decade.

WORKFORCE SAAS · YEAR SIX

PROBLEM

Ten years of growth on a monolith nobody dared to touch. Quarterly releases, fragile deployments, a roadmap held hostage by the codebase.

ARCHITECTURE

An incremental strangler migration — services carved out one seam at a time, in production, with zero downtime and no rewrite gamble.

OUTCOME

Weekly releases instead of quarterly. New features ship without fear. Six years on, the platform still runs on that architecture.

FIG. 04 — EVAL GATE

AI infrastructure that survives contact with production.

MEDIA GROUP · AI PLATFORM

PROBLEM

Impressive demos, stalled rollouts. Every AI prototype broke on real data, real load, and real costs.

ARCHITECTURE

A retrieval pipeline with an evaluation harness, cost ceilings, and graceful degradation — AI treated as infrastructure, not magic.

OUTCOME

AI features in production, owned by an internal team we trained. Our job was to make ourselves unnecessary — and we did.

v.4 v.3 v.2 v.1
FIG. 05 — CONSENT LEDGER

Consent management, rebuilt as a product.

GDPR · ORIGIN OF NUVO CONSENT

PROBLEM

Across the industry, GDPR compliance rests on fragile third-party scripts nobody can audit, explain, or defend to a regulator.

ARCHITECTURE

Edge-served consent with versioned records and a complete audit trail — every consent decision reconstructable, years later.

OUTCOME

So we built the compliance layer we wanted to exist. It became Nuvo Consent — now the consent infrastructure for every platform we run.

01

Understand

A few weeks inside your business, codebase, and constraints — before we recommend anything.

02

Architect

A written plan you can hold us to: what we'll build, what we won't, and why.

03

Build

Senior engineering from day one — shipping to production from the first month. No bench, no handoffs.

04

Run & evolve

The phase that matters most. The whole model is built so partnerships stay here for years.

We take on few clients — and keep them.

MODEL Ongoing partnerships, not projects
TEAM Founder-led — the person you meet does the work
HORIZON Measured in years, not sprints
APPENDIX A — QUESTIONS, ANSWERED HONESTLY
REV A

Asked, honestly answered.

A.1

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation, then a short paid discovery — two to four weeks inside your systems. You get a written assessment either way, and no obligation to continue.

A.2

Do you take over existing codebases?

Yes — most of our work is inheriting systems other people built, and making them dependable. We rarely recommend rewrites.

A.3

Who actually does the work?

The engineers you meet in the first call. We have no bench, no account layer, and no junior staffing model.

A.4

What about AI?

We integrate it where it earns its place, with evaluation and cost discipline — and we'll tell you plainly when it doesn't.

A.5

Why so few clients?

Because depth beats volume. Long-term responsibility for a system requires attention that doesn't scale past a handful of partners.
