How is your process different from other agencies?
We work as a two-person senior engineering team, not as a sales layer over a rotating delivery pool. You speak directly with the engineers making architecture decisions, writing code, and maintaining the system.
What is your minimum project size?
Most work starts with a paid discovery phase that is usually two to four weeks. From there, we recommend a build or advisory scope only when the technical and business goals are clear enough to justify it.
What happens after discovery?
You receive a concrete plan that covers architecture, risks, delivery phases, and ownership options. If we continue together, that plan becomes the baseline for weekly demos and implementation decisions.
